Safaa Al Baseerah Telecom (SAC) provides turnkey telecommunications, fiber optic networks, and civil engineering infrastructure solutions, including: • Civil trenching, backfilling, and fiber optic cable deployment (FTTH / FTTX). • Cellular telecom tower erection, antenna installation, and continuous maintenance. • Turnkey civil and telecom engineering works, splicing, testing, and commissioning. • Smart security, surveillance, access control, and specialized auxiliary power systems. All technical engagements are subject to definitive service contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and approved Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

All website content—including engineering drawings, technical narratives, visual assets, the "SAC" logo and trademark, and the official Corporate Profile—is the exclusive intellectual property of Safaa Al Baseerah and is protected under Saudi Arabian copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized duplication, adaptation, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Users and prospective clients agree to: • Provide accurate, authentic, and complete information when requesting proposals or consultations. • Refrain from any unauthorized automated scraping, vulnerability scanning, or cyber disruption. • Treat technical engineering proposals and pricing quotations as confidential proprietary information. • Grant necessary site access and permits required for on-site surveys and deployment readiness.

Online estimates and preliminary quotes are indicative and subject to detailed engineering feasibility surveys. Binding commercial obligations commence only upon formal bilateral contract execution, incorporating detailed milestone schedules and agreed SLA performance metrics.

SAC Telecom enforces uncompromising HSE policies adhering strictly to municipal regulations, OSHA standards, and CST guidelines across all field operations to safeguard technicians, public safety, and critical municipal infrastructure.

While SAC endeavors to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, information is provided on an "as is" basis. SAC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party telecommunications outages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
